What Onyxflow does and doesn't do with your accounts.
It didn’t start on a random morning.
Trading had pulled me in for a long time. Then crypto did too. I had already built websites before, and they went nowhere.
Then I looked at the market and saw it clearly: it doesn’t need more charts. It needs more intelligence.
I realised most people don’t lose their money because the market is against them. They lose it because their psychology and discipline break. And psychology and discipline come from data: what you see, when you see it, and how you read it.
So I built Onyxflow to fill that gap.

This policy explains what Onyxflow Labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and why.
When you use the MT5 journal, the report you choose is read and analyzed in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers and we do not store your trades.
If you connect a browser wallet, your public address and balance are read in your browser to show them to you. We do not store them, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Swaps are not live yet. Before we launch features that collect more data (wallet alerts, Telegram, payments, the Trudy assistant), we will update this policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
We use service providers to run Onyxflow: Supabase for authentication and database (our project is hosted in Sydney, Australia), Netlify for website hosting, and Google when you choose to sign in with Google. Wallet logos in the connect list are loaded from Google’s favicon service, which can see that your browser requested them. When you ask for a swap quote, the swap provider LI.FI receives your wallet address and the trade details. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us, and we will act on valid requests within a reasonable time.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Onyxflow is not intended for anyone under 18.

By using Onyxflow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including rules about trading and crypto where you live.
Onyxflow provides information and software tools for traders. Some features are in beta or preview and may change, pause or stop. Onyxflow is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian or investment adviser.
Nothing on Onyxflow, including alerts, summaries, analytics, backtest results, expert profiles or Trudy’s replies, is investment, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own decisions and take full responsibility for them.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
We do not hold your funds or private keys. Blockchain transactions you approve in your own wallet are usually irreversible, and fees and slippage may apply. Swaps are routed through third-party providers such as LI.FI and decentralized exchanges. Quotes are estimates, prices can move before your transaction confirms, and Onyxflow does not guarantee execution or price.
The traders listed on Onyxflow are independent individuals. Backtest results are hypothetical and based on past data. They are not a promise of future results.
AI-generated content, including from Trudy, can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before acting on it.
Prices shown on the site may change. The price, billing period and refund terms will be shown to you before you pay.
Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, scrape it at scale, try to access other people’s accounts, or copy or resell our content without permission.
The Onyxflow name, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your own data.
Onyxflow is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed alerts, data errors, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Onyxflow at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service.
